Liquid Beef Consommé Prep
A highly concentrated liquid base made with beef extract and natural flavorings. RC Liquid Beef Consommé Prep dissolves instantly. Prepared, the product creates a clear, brown consommé with the rich flavor and aroma characteristic of beef broth. This product is also available with no added MSG.
Product Usage
Use as an instant seasoning or wherever a clear consommé with no cloudiness or sediment is desired. Product is instantly soluble. Dissolve in water to create a clear consommé or soup stock. Use to season soups, stocks, sauces, gravies, rice or vegetables. Season roasts and pan juices.
Packaging
Product is packaged in recloseable HDPE bottles. Each container has a lot code and "packed on" date.
