No Added MSG Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep

Artifically flavored.

A highly concentrated liquid base made with seafood concentrates and flavorings. RC Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep dissolves instantly. Prepared, the product creates a clear, delicately colored consommé with the pleasant flavor and aroma characteristic of a stock prepared with shellfish. This base contains no added monosodium glutamate (MSG).

Product Usage

Use as an instant seasoning or wherever a clear consommé with no cloudiness or sediment is desired. Product is instantly soluble. Dissolve in water to create a clear consommé or soup stock. Use to season soups, stocks, chowders, sauces, stuffing or rice. Adds flavor to fish and seafood poaching liquids.

Packaging

Product is packaged in recloseable HDPE bottles. Each container has a lot code and "packed on" date.

Keep refrigerated for best quality.
