Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate

A unique dry base and seasoning made with chipotle (chih-POHT-lay) chile peppers. The chipotle is a dried, smoked jalapeno pepper, with a dark brown color and flavor that is sweet and smoky. This RC Flavor Concentrate adds the distinctive flavor of chipotle chiles wherever it is used. Completely vegetarian, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products and is free of hydrolyzed vegetable protein. The base contains no monosodium glutamate.

Product Usage

As a Base - Prepare stock by dissolving product in water. This makes an excellent foundation for creating or enhancing stocks, sauces, and gravies. Use prepared stock to create home-style soups or to enhance pasta or rice dishes. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

As a Seasoning - This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil. Packaging

Product is packaged in resealable HDPE jars. Each container has a lot code and "packed on" date.

Product Storage

Store in a cool, dry place (40°-75°F).

Dehydrated vegetables (chipotle chile, garlic, onion, carrot, and celery), maltodextrin, salt, sugar, dextrose, food starch – modified, yeast extract, spices, olive oil, sunflower oil, corn starch, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, natural smoke flavor, natural flavors, and white distilled vinegar. Contains no meat, dairy or egg products.
