No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base

A thick golden paste made with concentrates of roasted garlic, garlic juices and natural flavor. Prepared RC Roasted Garlic Base imparts the rich intense flavor and aroma characteristic of roasted garlic. Completely vegetarian, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products. This base has no added monosodium glutamate (MSG) except for that which is naturally occurring.

Product Usage

Use this concentrated base sparingly to add the distinctive flavor of roasted garlic. Season foods by dissolving base in water or other liquids. Use ½ teaspoon per quart to start and increase to taste. This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

Packaging

Product is packaged in resealable HDPE jars or reclosable pails. Each container has a lot code and "packed on" date.

Contains no meat, dairy or egg products.
