April 2010 - Getting Back to Business

It was a busy first quarter of 2010 here at RC Fine Foods! Between trade shows and product launches, it's been tough to find a few free minutes to write our next entry. But we're back and ready to go!

First, we had one of the most successful product launches at the end of 2009 with the RC Sandwich Sauce Mixes. These products were literally flying off the shelves, and we were scrambling to keep them in stock. The best part about these products is the unique recipes that our customers have developed for them. Look for new and exciting recipe tips coming to the website soon!

But when we thought that product launch would be hard to top, along came our new line of Asian Stir-Fry Sauce Mixes. Initially introduced at the New York Restaurant Show, these sauces became instant favorites with our customers, and the surprise hit of trade shows from the ACF Northeast Regional in Hershey, PA to the Boston Seafood and Restaurant Show.
