Rice Pudding Mix
No-bake formula.
Each bag contains measured amounts of pudding, spices, and precooked rice. It prepares easily with milk to yield a rich, creamy rice pudding. No baking is required to prepare this product.
Product Usage
RC Rice Pudding Mix is used to create a popular, home-style dessert.
To prepare, the contents are stirred into 3 quarts of whole milk. The mixture is heated in a double boiler to 195°F, then covered and allowed to set for 45 minutes, and cooled. It is now ready to serve portioned or from a tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon or top with whipped cream before serving. If desired, golden raisins may be added while the mixture is being heated. Keep prepared pudding refrigerated.
