Tapioca Pudding

 

Each package contains measured amounts of pudding, spices, and tapioca pearls. It prepares easily with milk to yield a rich, creamy rice pudding.

Product Usage

RC Tapioca Pudding Mix is used to create a popular, home-style dessert.

To prepare, bring 2 ½ quarts of milk to a boil. Use a double boiler to prevent scorching. Meanwhile, add contents to ½ quart of cold milk and stir to dissolve. Add cold mixture to the boiling milk and stir well. Bring to a thorough re-boil for 1 minute. Mixture must reach 195°F to thicken properly. While still hot, pour into dessert glasses or service pans. Place in refrigerator to chill. Keep refrigerated.
