Strawberry Coulis Mix

Artifically flavored.

A coulis is a thick puree or sauce. Fruit coulis can be used as a dessert sauce or a plate garnish. RC Strawberry Coulis Mix is a light red powder containing dehydrated strawberries. It prepares easily with water to create a flavorful strawberry coulis fruit sauce that can be used immediately. It is packed in a 1-quart squeeze bottle, with a dropper top, that serves as both a mixing and application container. When dry, the product may be stored at room temperature.

Product Usage

A coulis is used to create exciting plate presentations for both savory and dessert dishes. By using the dropper top, a thin line of coulis can be plated to create designs, or added as a finishing fruit sauce. Several flavors may be used for an attractive color contrast.

Packaging

Product is packed in a dropper top bottle with lot number and "packed on" date.

Product Storage

Store dry product in a cool, dry place. Prepared product must be kept refrigerated.

Ingredient Statement

Fructose, dextrose, sugar, strawberry powder, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate, malic acid, silicon dioxide (anticaking agent), citric acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate (to retard spoilage), red #40, cornstarch – modified, natural and artificial flavor, and blue #1.
