Blackjack Liquid Caramel Color
A dark liquid prepared from caramelized corn syrup and used to add a rich brown color to foods.
Product Usage
RC "Blackjack" Caramel Color should be used wherever a deeper brown color is desired. Usage level will vary depending on the characteristics of the finished product. Add RC "Blackjack" Caramel Color slowly until the desired color is attained.
