RC Mushroom Flavor Extract can be used wherever the flavor of mushrooms is desired. Usage level will vary depending on the fat content, spiciness, serving temperature and other characteristics of the finished product. Add RC Mushroom Flavor Extract slowly until the desired flavor profile is attained.
