Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix

RC Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix is a dry mix containing ingredients classically found in Bleu Cheese Dressing. The prepared product is a smooth, creamy dressing. To create a "chunky" style dressing, bleu cheese crumble can be added during preparation.

Product Usage

Prepare the product in a mixer using water, mayonnaise and sour cream

To prepare a "chunky" style dressing, add crumbled Bleu or Roquefort cheese, or for a more "mild" version with chunks large curd cottage cheese may be substituted. Bleu Cheese Dressing is also used as the side dressing for hot wings. The dry mix can be used as a rub or to season breading and stuffing. Contact RC Fine Foods for more recipe ideas.
