No Added MSG Vegetable Mushroom Barley Soup Mix
RC Vegetable Mushroom Barley Soup Mix is a pre-measured combination of dehydrated vegetables, barley, and vegetable base that yields a flavorful soup when reconstituted with water and simmered. The product contains no meat or egg products making it suitable for vegetarian diets. This dry product has a long shelf life and requires only minimal storage space. There is no added monosodium glutamate (MSG).
Product Usage
To prepare, add the product to 2 gallons of water and simmer until the barley is tender, about 1 hour. The soup may be enhanced with leftover vegetables, pasta, or rice. Canned tomatoes, beans or other vegetables may also be added.
