Manhattan Clam Chowder Mix
RC Manhattan Clam Chowder Mix is a pre-measured combination of vegetables, clam base and seasonings. When prepared per the package instructions, it yields a "red" chowder with a flavorful tomato based broth. This dry product has a long shelf life and requires only minimal storage space.
Product Usage
To prepare, add the product to water, then add in 1-2 cups of tomatoes (whole, peeled or stewed). Mix in one #5 can of chopped clams with the juice. A carton of frozen clams (½ gallon) may be substituted. The soup should simmer for about 45 minutes.
