A dry free-flowing powder suitable for use in food preparations. This product is 275 bloom for a firm set and is derived from pork.
Product Usage
Use about 2 ½ oz. per gallon of water. Product may also be prepared with other liquids such as juice, stock or wine. Gelatin is used for aspic, desserts, charcuterie, garnish and culinary competitions.
