Instant Food Thickener
RC Instant Food Thickener is a white powder that dissolves easily, without lumping, to thicken foods instantly. The product works in both hot and cold applications. Thickness will vary with quantity used. Once prepared, it is freeze-thaw stable.
Product Usage
In Healthcare applications, RC Instant Food Thickener is used to help feed individuals with dysphasia or swallowing problems. Add it to beverages, nutritional supplements, milk, soups, gravies, sauces or pureed foods for instant thickening.
In the Kitchen, RC Instant Food Thickener can be used as a thickener for stews, gravies, sauces and soups.
Packaging
Product is packaged in resealable HDPE jars or a bag in box. Each container has a lot code and "packed on" date.
