Whip Topping Mix
A dry mix containing dehydrated sweet cream. It is prepared by whipping with ice water. The finished product is a light textured topping that pipes well, will not weep, and tastes like whipped cream.
Product Usage
RC Whipped Topping Mix can be used just like whipped cream. It may be piped or spooned onto a plate or used to top ice cream or fruit. Use Whipped Topping to frost or decorate a cake or pie. Prepared Whipped Topping may be frozen for later use.
To prepare, 1 package is whipped at high speed with 1 quart ice water. For best yield, water used must be less than 38°F. The mixing bowl and whip should also be chilled beforehand. Ice cold milk may be substituted for all or part of the water.
