Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix

 

RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix is a dry product containing cheddar cheese and seasonings. Preparation is instant – simply boil water, whisk mix in and serve. This rich sauce will hold well on a steam table. The product contains no artificial color or added monosodium glutamate (MSG). Instant White Cheese and Instant Alfredo Sauce Mixes are also available.

Product Usage

Cheese Sauce is served with vegetables, omelets, baked potatoes and entrees. This sauce is the perfect base for macaroni and cheese. It may also be used as a base for casseroles and soups. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

To prepare, boil 2 quarts of water, turn off heat and whisk product in. Let stand 5-10 minutes to thicken before serving.

Product is packaged in a heat sealed pouch. Each container is lot coded.
