RC Chicken Gravy Mix is an USDA inspected paste product containing chicken (including fat, meat, skins and roasted giblets), flour and seasonings. When prepared with water, it creates rich flavorful home-style pan gravy with no added monosodium glutamate (MSG). This product is also available with MSG.
Chicken Gravy is traditionally served with roasted or sautéed chicken, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. It may also be used a base for creamed chicken dishes, casseroles and soups. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
To prepare, 1 jar of RC Chicken Gravy Mix is added to 1 gallon of water and heated to a boil while whisking. The prepared gravy can be held on a steam table.
Product is packaged in plastic jars with a lot number and "packed on" date.
