RC Instant Country Gravy Mix is a dry product containing flour, buttermilk, bacon fat, seasonings, and spices.  This flavorful white gravy will hold well on a steam table. Contains no added monosodium glutamate (MSG)*.

Product Usage

Country Gravy is traditionally served with biscuits, pork or ham or on top of mashed potatoes or country fried steak. It may also be used as a base for casseroles, sautés, potpies and soups. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

Preparation is instant – simply whisk into whole milk, add to boiling water, heat briefly and serve.

Product is packaged in a heat sealed pouch. Each container is lot coded.
