RC Instant Alfredo Sauce Mix is a dry product containing parmesan and romano cheeses, egg yolk and seasonings. Preparation is instant – simply boil water, whisk to mix in and serve. This rich sauce will hold well on a steam table. Instant Yellow Cheese and Instant White Cheese Sauce Mixes are also available.

Product Usage

Alfredo Sauce can be served with pasta, vegetables, chicken, baked potatoes or entrees. This sauce makes a rich fettuccine Alfredo or Carbonara . It may also be used as a base for casseroles and soups. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

To prepare, boil 2 quarts of water, turn off heat and whisk product in. Let stand 5-10 minutes to thicken before serving. Individual servings can be made using ½ cup of mix to 1 cup water.

Packaging

Product is packaged in a heat sealed pouch. Each container is lot coded.

Product Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Freezer or refrigerator storage is recommended for best color.

Shelf Life
