Red Pepper Basil Sandwich Sauce Mix

RC Red Pepper Basil Sandwich Sauce Mix is a dry mix containing red bell peppers, basil and other seasonings. The prepared sandwich spread adds this garden fresh flavor to sandwiches, wraps, paninis and crostinis. This product adds upscale taste and appeal to your menu.

Product Usage

The product is prepared in a mixer using water and full fat mayonnaise. Reduced or Low Fat mayonnaise may be used, although the finished product may be thinner.

RC Red Pepper Basil Sandwich Spread may also be used dry as a rub or to season breading and stuffing. The prepared product can also be used as a dipping sauce, or a topping for entrées.
