Herb Flavored Crostini

Ingredients

8 oz. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. herbal seasoning blend
1 loaf French Baguette sliced ¼” thick
1 pint Blended Oil
4 oz. Garlic in Oil

Instructions

Spread the sliced baguette on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Heat the blended oil and add Garlic in Oil. Cook until golden brown. Brush each baguette slice with toasted garlic oil and dust each with herbal seasoning blend & shredded Parmesan cheese. Toast crostini in a 350° oven until cheese just melts.

Crostini Hints
Don’t refrigerate. Store finished crostini by flavor in sealed containers. They will keep for a week. Crostini are a great accompaniment with cheese trays, dips & spreads & pate trays. They can be used in combination or in place of crackers. Homemade crostini give your culinary presentations a personalized touch.
