Bananas Foster Mousse

Ingredients

3 tsp. Butter Rum Flavor
2½ tsp. Banana Extract
2 tsp. Cinnamon Flavor
8 each ripe bananas pureed
2 quarts heavy cream
1 package Mousses (Unflavored)

Instructions

(yields 1 gallon)

Prepare the Mousses (Unflavored) per the package instructions. After bowl is scraped add banana puree & Extracts, Flavors, and Colors and finish whipping. Note: Flavor will build, refrigerate for an hour before serving.
