Lemongrass & Ginger Bavarian

Ingredients

2 tsp. Lemongrass Flavor
1 package Bavarians (Unflavored)
1 tsp. Ginger Puree
3 cups ice cold water or milk

Instructions

(yields 3+ quarts)

Pre-chill mixing bowl & whip. Blend Bavarians (Unflavored) with ice cold water and mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Scrape bowl and mix at high speed for 3-5 minutes until mousse thickens. Add Lemongrass Flavor & Ginger Puree during final minute of mixing. Refrigerate until ready for use.
