Chipotle Vinaigrette

Ingredients

¼ cup RC Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate
1 package RC Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1 cup sugar
1 pint cold water
1 quart white vinegar
2½ quarts salad oil

Instructions

(yields 1 gallon)

Prepare the RC Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix according to the package instructions. During the final 2 minutes of mixing add Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate.
