Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

4 cups cold water
44 oz. salad oil
2 cups white vinegar
44 oz. mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 package Caesar (10 oz)

Instructions

(yields 1 gallon)

Prepare the Caesar Dressing Mix according to package instructions, substituting mayonnaise for the other half of the oil and adding additional parmesan cheese.

The 20 oz package of Caesar Dressing Mix may also be used for both recipes - just double all of the other ingredients.
