Ingredients

1 package Siena Vinaigrette
¼-¾ cup Dijon mustard
2½ quarts salad oil
1 quart white vinegar
1 pint water
1 cup sugar

Mix the package contents with the sugar. Place water in a separate mixing bowl. Add the dry mixture and whip for 5 minutes at medium speed. Scrape the bowl, add vinegar, and mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add salad oil and whip for 6 minutes at high speed. Add mustard and mix until well incorporated. Store refrigerated for several hours or overnight.
