Honey Ginger & Garlic Marinade
Ingredients
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup grainy mustard
¼ cup orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. orange zest
¼ cup honey
¼ cup sliced scallions
1½ Tbsp. Ginger Puree
1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1½ cups blended oil
Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat, poultry or fish. Cover and refrigerate. Allow meat, poultry or fish to marinate for a minimum of 2-4 hours. Before grilling or roasting remove excess marinade.
