Reduced Fat Creamy Cucumber & Dill Dressing

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. no fat mayonnaise
1 qt. low fat sour cream
1 package Creamy Cucumber and Dill
1 qt. 2% milk
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

(yields 49-2 oz. portions)

Add dressing mix to the milk. Mix well to dissolve. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and lemon juice and mix well. Refrigerate overnight before serving to allow the flavor to develop. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Keep finished product refrigerated.

Creamy Cucumber and Dill Dressing Mix is excellent as a dip or an accompaniment with broiled or poached fish.
