Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients

2-3 bay leaves, crumbled
½ lb. celery, small diced
½ lb. carrots, small diced
1 lb. onions, small diced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
½ bunch fresh rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

(yields enough marinade for 3-5 pounds)

Combine the No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base and olive oil. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Use to season chicken, lamb or pork.
