Sienna Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 quart prepared Mango Coulis Mix
4 tsp. Clear Mango Extract
1 quart red wine vinegar
1 package Siena Vinaigrette
2½ quarts salad oil
1 pint water
2 cups sugar

Instructions

(yields 1½ gallons)

Combine RC Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix Dressing Mix and sugar together in a mixer bowl. Add water and whip at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stop, scrape the bowl and add vinegar, prepared Mango Coulis Mix, Clear Mango Extract & Cilantro Flavor. Whip for 3 minutes at medium speed. Slowly add salad oil while whipping at slow speed. When all oil is incorporated, whip for 6 minutes at high speed.
