Southwestern Creamy Garlic Dressing #2

Ingredients

1 tsp. Cilantro Flavor
1 qt. sour cream
1 package prepared Creamy Garlic
4 avocados, peeled, seeded and pureed
4 tsp. Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Base
¾ cup tomato paste

Instructions

(yields approximately 6 quarts)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate several hours to allow for full flavor development. Serve as a dressing on composed and tossed salads, or as a dip for crudités.
