Tandori Dressing and Marinade

Ingredients

6-8 drops Cilantro Flavor
salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp. cayenne
2 tsp. Garlic in Oil
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. Ginger Puree
2 cups no fat yogurt
8 drops Lemongrass Flavor

Instructions

(yield 8-2 oz. portions)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before service. Use as a dressing on seafood and poultry salads or as a marinade for grilling.
