Thai Dressing
Ingredients
4 tsp. Thai Marinade
3 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chopped mint
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups low fat yogurt
½ tsp. Coconut Flavor
Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before service. Use the dressing as an accompaniment for seafood, chicken, vegetable and fruit salads.
