Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
10 oz. sliced mushrooms
½ tsp. Garlic in Oil
2 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
3 oz. brandy
1 bay leaf
½ tsp. thyme
1 cup Chablis
1 quart prepared Instant Brown Gravy
2 cups diced tomato
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Sauté the mushrooms,
Chopped Shallots in Oil and
Garlic in Oil in the butter and oil. Add the brandy and ignite the alcohol. Add the bay leaf, thyme and Chablis and reduce by half. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
