Chicken Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

2 tsp. Garlic in Oil
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6-8 leaves chopped fresh basil
4 oz. vodka
2 oz. heavy cream
1 quart prepared Spaghetti Sauce Mix
6 oz. prepared Instant Chicken Gravy
1 oz. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. softened butter

Instructions

(yields 1¼+ quarts)

Lightly brown the Garlic in Oil in olive oil. Add the basil and sauté briefly. Add the vodka and heavy cream. Simmer briefly. Add the prepared Spaghetti Sauce Mix, prepared No Added MSG Instant Chicken Gravy Mix and cheese. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and finish with butter. Serve as a sauce on chicken, veal or pork or add cooked penne and chicken.
