Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

1 quart prepared Instant Brown Gravy
1 cup dry white wine
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
¼ cup Chopped Shallots in Oil
1 cup tomato puree
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

(yields approximately 1½ quarts)

Sauté the Chopped Shallots in Oil and sliced mushrooms. Add white wine and reduce by two-thirds. Add the prepared No Added MSG Instant Brown Gravy Mix, tomato puree and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finish with chopped parsley.
