Caramelized Herbed Potatoes
Ingredients
Golden Vegetable Base to taste
8 medium red potatoes, quartered
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic in Oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh herbs
Instructions
(yields 4 portions)Boil the potatoes in salted water until al dente. Drain well and dry. Heat the oil. Add the dried potatoes and Garlic in Oil. Sauté until potatoes are caramelized. Add herbs. Season with No Added MSG Golden Vegetable Base or No Added MSG Harvest Vegetable Base, toss briefly and serve.
