Brown Butter Sauce
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts*
2 Tbsp. whole butter
2 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. Chicken Base of your choice
½ tsp. grated lemon zest
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
ground black pepper, to taste
4 oz. prepared RC Lemon & Garlic Sauce

Dredge the chicken in the flour. Over a low flame add the butter and sauté chicken on both sides. Once chicken is nearly done on the second side, add the lemon zest and sauté briefly. Turn up the heat until butter browns slightly. Add the parsley, prepared
Lemon and Garlic Sauce Mix and
Chicken Bases. Shake the pan to remove the fond. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper. Serve immediately.
