Cheddar Hollandaise

Ingredients

1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. hot sauce
2-3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
2 tsp. chopped parsley
¼ tsp. dry mustard
salt & pepper

Instructions

(yields 10 oz.)

Add cheese to prepared Hollandaise Sauce Mix and whisk until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Hold in steam table for service.
