Gingered Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 oz. prepared RC Lemon & Garlic Sauce
¾ tsp. Ginger Puree
1 Tbsp. corn or peanut oil
2 Tbsp. flour
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts*
1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
½ tsp. toasted sesame seeds
sesame oil, to taste
Instructions
(yields 2 portions)Dredge the chicken in the flour. Heat oil and sauté the chicken on both sides. Once chicken is nearly done on the second side, add the Ginger Puree and heat thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Shake the pan to remove the fond. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
