Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
2 oz. sliced mushrooms
¾ cup dry white wine
2 cups prepared Demi Glace Sauce
½ cup tomato puree
1 tsp. Mushroom Base
2 tsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

(yields approximately 3 cups)

Sauté the Chopped Shallots in Oil and sliced mushrooms. Add white wine and reduce by two-thirds. Add the prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix, tomato puree and Mushroom Base. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finish with chopped parsley.
