Roasted Garlic Sauce with Cannellini Beans
Ingredients
2 plum tomatoes, small diced
4 scallions, bias cut
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
1 tsp. Garlic in Oil
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lbs. cooked cannellini beans
8 oz. prepared Instant Chicken Gravy
Instructions
(yields approximately 1¼ quarts)Lightly brown the Garlic in Oil in olive oil. Add the Chopped Shallots in Oil and sauté briefly. Add the herbs and tomatoes and toss gently. Add the beans and heat through. Finish with the prepared No Added MSG Instant Chicken Gravy Mix.
Use as a base for grilled or sautéed chicken, veal, pork or fish dishes.
