Seafood Hollandaise

Ingredients

1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning®
1½ tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. Seafood Base
1/8 tsp. thyme
½ tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. parsley
salt & pepper

Instructions

(yields 1 cup)

Add remaining ingredients to warm Hollandaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Hold in steam table for service.
