Ingredients

1 lb. butter
64 oz. cold water
1 package Hollandaise Sauce
4 lemons zested & juiced
7 oz. Pesto Di Pomodoro

Prepare Hollandaise Sauce Mix per the instructions, substituting 64 oz. (½ gallon) of water for 1½ quarts water. When sauce is finished whisk in lemon zest, lemon juice, and Pesto Di Pomodoro.
