Wild Mushroom Seafood Sauce

Ingredients

1 package Seafood Bisque, prepared with Half & Half
4 oz. Chopped Shallots in Oil
2 lbs. mixed mushrooms of your choice
4 oz. sweet sherry
chopped fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

(yields 1+ gallons)

In a sauce pan sauté Chopped Shallots in Oil and mushrooms. Add sherry and reduce liquid by half its volume. Add prepared Seafood Bisque Mix and bring sauce to a simmer. Garnish with chopped Chives.
