Risotto
Ingredients
2 cups Aborio rice
¾ tsp. Roasted Onion Base
½ green pepper, small diced
½ tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
½ red pepper, small diced
½ cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
5½ cups prepared Chicken Base of your choice

Sauté the rice in butter until lightly browned. Combine the
No Added MSG Roasted Onion Base,
No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base and prepared
Chicken Bases. Add 8 oz. of stock to the rice, stirring until fully absorbed. Repeat the process until all the stock has been absorbed. Add the heavy cream and peppers, and reduce by half. Finish with the parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
