Chicken Soup with Lemongrass
Ingredients
¼ - ½ tsp. Lemongrass Flavor
1 tsp. Roasted Onion Base
2 carrots, bias cut
2 tsp. olive oil
1 gal. water
¼ tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
3 cups fresh spinach, cleaned
12-16 oz. chicken, poached and julienne
2 ribs celery, bias cut
4 cups cooked pasta
2 oz. Chicken Base of your choice
Instructions
(yields 1+ gallons)Slowly heat the olive oil. Sauté the celery and carrots for 2-3 minutes. Add the Chicken Bases, No Added MSG Roasted Onion Base, No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the spinach, chicken and pasta. Finish with the Lemongrass Flavor and serve.
