Chili con Carne
Ingredients
1/3 cup RC Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate
Jalapeño Flavor to taste
½ cup flour
2 medium onions, small-diced
4 lbs. small-diced chuck roast
2 tsp. Garlic in Oil
¼ cup corn oil
1 qt. prepared Beef Base of your choice
1 lb. cooked kidney beans
Instructions
(yields 15-20 portions)Heat oil and brown meat. Add Garlic in Oil, onions and sprinkle with flour. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring continually. Add Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate, prepared Beef Bases and beans. Simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until meat is tender. Finish with Jalapeño Flavor to taste.
