Nantucket Lobster Bisque

Ingredients

2 lbs. cooked, cubed lobster
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sherry
2 quarts milk
2 quarts water
1 package Seafood Bisque
1 bunch fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

(yields 1+ gallons)

Prepare the Seafood Bisque Mix with the water and milk per package instructions. Add sherry and heavy cream and continue to simmer for 10–15 minutes. Add lobster, heat thoroughly, and serve garnished with fresh dill.
